Stephanie Swanson graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in 2009 with a degree in Elementary Education. She has spent the last two years teaching first grade in the Vallivue School District. She brings to Sage International her valuable experience and skill in classroom management, which when combined with her creative and energetic teaching style, creates a positive environment where children can learn and thrive. Stephanie especially enjoys teaching reading skills and watching the tremendous academic and social growth that students make in their first grade year.

Stephanie grew up in the Pacific Northwest and enjoys spending time with her many friends and family. In her spare time she loves to take zumba dance classes, travel, read, and listen to music.
