My name is Stephanie Old and I am thrilled to be teaching fourth grade at Sage International School. I graduated from College of Idaho in 2006 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Educational Studies. In 2007, I completed my student teaching and received my teaching certificate through C of I. I spent the last four years teaching fourth grade in the Kuna School District. During my time in Kuna I had the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities such as school leadership team, mentoring, and helping to plan staff meetings. I started working towards my Master’s Degree in Literacy in 2010 and plan to finish by the end of 2012. Teaching is such a joy and I love watching how my students grow academically and socially from the beginning of the school year to the end. I believe in the importance of classroom differentiation, as all students learn at a different pace and have different learning styles. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, as well as my adorable Yellow Lab, Zoey.
