Keith and his wife Deborah have lived in Boise for fifteen years and have two children attending Sage International.  Keith earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and his Juris Doctor from Lewis and Clark School of Law in Portland, Oregon.  From 1998 to 2007, Keith provided legal counsel to the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (IDEQ) and helped IDEQ establish Idaho’s statewide ‘Brownfield Program’ which offers unique legal protections and financial incentives aimed at encouraging the cleanup and redevelopment of environmentally contaminated properties.  In 2007, Keith left IDEQ to be a stay-at-home dad.  After four years at home, Keith returned to IDEQ and now coordinates policy and budget issues for several IDEQ’s cleanup programs.  Keith has served on his neighborhood association board, the board of the Treasure Valley Institute for Children’s Arts, and the board of Sage International School.  Keith is an avid trail runner, skier, and mountain biker.
